Diverclean Sonic is an alkaline pre-cleaning agent designed for daily use to reduce the total cleaning time for heavy soiled surfaces in the food industries. The product has been developed for the specific demands of the Processed Food Industry. The unique Diverclean Sonic technology enables a revolutionary way of cleaning allowing a reduction in cleaning time up to 30%, while improving both visual as microbiocidal results.  Diverclean Sonic can be applied with existing foam equipment and used as pre-cleaning in the cleaning process. The product has a smooth appearance when applied, exceptional coverage with one coat and an enhanced cling. After the desired contact time Diverclean Sonic can be rinsed off quickly without foam generation.

• Diverclean Sonic reduces the pre-rinsing time and will saves water, waste water, energy and especially working time. Tests under various conditions have proven reductions up to 30% cleaning time.
• The foam created by the carefully selected surfactants in Diverclean Sonic will soften the soil and will make the pre-cleaning step much quicker, easier and efficient than a standard procedure using water only.
• Diverclean Sonic has an excellent removal of protein, fat and tallow - containing residues in the pre-rinse phase of the cleaning.
• Diverclean Sonic is well-suited to applications where heavy soiling is encountered: meat plants, poultry processors, and fish processing plants. It is particularly effective against oily soils and fat deposits.
